We are a library established in 2019 in Kuwait with a clear vision, and the library is considered the cultural and awareness wing of the Torous center.since its inception, the center has sought to build an influential and effective cultural situation in Kuwait and the Arab world, and focus on creating awareness in communities, covering all branches of intellectual, political, scientific, literary and cultural studies.

The library took its name from the word (taros), which is the singular (taros) This is a book in general, or a book that was deleted and then rewritten, and was chosen for its historical meaning and political significance.
