إن الملك عبد العزيز لم يسع في يوم من الأيام إلى التخلص من الإخوان وهم رفاق دربه، بدليل أن الإخوان الذين ثبتوا على ولائهم، كانوا يمثلون الأغلبية، وكانوا هم جيشه الذي استبسل في دحر الانشقاق، وفي إكمال مسيرة توحيد الدولة.
